The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified companies that will provide high quality and efficient service for the City's electrical equipment at its Water/Wastewater treatment assets. The RFP states the overall scope of services desired as well as required vendor qualifications. The decision made by the City to select the contractor based on qualifications is final. The City of O'Fallon, Missouri is soliciting proposals related to providing electrical services for the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Water Well Systems, Water Tower Systems, Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), and Collection System Lift Stations. Work will include developing and adhering to a preventative maintenance plan and providing on-call services for electrical equipment. It is the intent of the City to retain these services for any and all electrical maintenance and on-call needs throughout the duration of the contract period. This RFP provides prospective companies with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the City of O'Fallon (hereafter referred to as "the City") to satisfy the needs as outlined in the scope of services. Bid Descriptions: prior to the above time. Each proposal shall consist of one (1) original (identified as such), seven (7) copies (identified as such) and one (1) electronic copy on flash/thumb drive of the complete proposal. The file submitted on flash/thumb drive shall include all attachments and signatures, where applicable. Question Deadline - 05/01/2025 at 4:00 PM - All questions must be submitted in writing to Christine Grabin, Purchasing Agent. via email cgrabin@ofallonmo.gov. The City will only respond by the end of day on May 7, 2025 to questions from Respondents. Answers to questions will only be distributed via addendum and posted at online. Evaluation of proposals: May 14, 2025 to May 21, 2025 Interviews of potential candidates (if necessary): May 27, 2025 Recommendation to Council/Potential Award: June 12, 2025. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Applications, in whole or in part, as may be in its best interest and to waive minor irregularities and informalities.
