A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project No. A24130.00075.001 All labor used in the construction of this public improvement shall be paid a wage no less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages of Work of a similar character in the City of St. Louis as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (Federal Wage Rate), or state wage rate, whichever is higher, including the general prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime Work. Question Deadline 07/07/2025 at 5:00 PM CT. The City of St. Louis hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, age, religion, sex, familial status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, or ancestry in consideration for an Award. Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on public works project must provide a 10 - Hour Occupational and Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations to be completed by their on-site employees within 60 days of beginning work on the construction project. The proposed Work includes the demolition and removal of (14) buildings and (1) water tank at the Missouri Air National Guard (MOANG). All foundations will remain intact for those structures, except the Credit Union. All utilities will be disconnected and capped. All above ground improvements and vegetation will be removed. Existing fencing will be removed, and new fencing and gate will be installed.
