Renovation of a municipal facility in Thornton, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 1,665-square-foot municipal facility.
As of August 4, 2025 Project has been cancelled , No plans to rebid The Town of Thornton is seeking proposals to paint the historic Town House located at 2129 NH Route 175, Thornton, NH. The building is a 45' X 37' one and one-half story 1900s historic building. Priming, painting and potential minor repair is expected. Bid award to be announced by Friday, July 25 at 3:00 pm. The Town of Thornton reserves the right to reject any bids or portions thereof, and to waive any informality in any bids in the best interests of the Town. Within 15 days of the award of this work and contract, the successful proposer will be required to provide certificates of insurance, naming the Town, its officials, agents, volunteers, and employees as an additional insured, for the required levels of coverage.
