The City of Danville is seeking qualified consultants to provide the following inspection and construction services as they relate to the North side Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall II Storm water Pump Station: 1. Monitor the project schedule, compliance, and workmanship in accordance with the plans and specifications for the North side Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall II Storm water Pump Station project. 2. Monitor contractor compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 3. Ensure that quality control site testing is completed as required. 4. Review monthly pay applications. 5. Perform daily site visits and record all observations for the day. 6. Attend progress meetings. 7. Provide a daily Project Status Update Report with pictures. Quotes will be evaluated on a lump sum basis to include the hourly rate with estimated hours, travel expenses, and any additional fees incurred.
