A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Owner, the City School District of the City of New Rochelle, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the New Rochelle 2023 Capital Project - Phase 2B which includes alterations to the Whitney Auditorium at New Rochelle HS (including interior finishes, electrical infrastructure upgrades, theatrical lighting, and fixed audience seating). Alterations to Isaac E. Young MS (including new rooftop equipment, demolition of interior partitions to permit installation of new mechanical ductwork, electrical service upgrades, replacement of suspended ceilings, and new interior partitions and finishes).
