The City of New Rochelle is the owner of the New Rochelle Transit Center Garage (NR Transit Center) located at 2 Station Plaza North and the New Roc Garage located at 51 LeCount Place. The purpose of this Procurement is to facilitate the selection of a qualified consultant firm to provide the City of New Rochelle with a condition assessment for the aforementioned Municipal parking garages as required by City of New Rochelle Municipal Building Code, Chapter 221. In combination with your review of the existing structure, we can develop repair program options and assist you in assessing the long-term cost of ownership and upkeep of this structure. There are multiple repair options for a given structure and there are benefits and drawbacks to a series of less intensive repairs over time versus substantial repairs undertaken to replace an entire portion of the structure. Questions can be submitted to kconca@newrochelleny.gov by all qualified vendors up until Thursday, July 10, 2025 and will be answered by Monday, July 14, 2025. The City of New Rochelle reserves the right to reject any or all responses received as a result of solicitation; to extend the submission due date for; to modify, amend, reissue or rewrite this document; and to procure any or all services by other means. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
