Q And A Close 6/19/2025 12:30:00 AM SCOPE OF WORK A. Work to be performed under the Contract must be as shown on the Drawings, defined in the Technical Sections of this Specification and governed by the requirements stipulated in Division 0 and Division l as listed in the Table of Contents and any addenda issued prior to the time of opening of bids. It is the bidders sole responsibility to verify that the bidder has received all sheets of Drawings and Specifications. No claim for additional compensation will be allowed due to lack of complete information at time of bid B. Equipment or work indicated on Plans to be by Owner or N.I.C. is not to be in bid proposal for construction contract.
