Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a road / highway; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This Request for Proposal from the City of Saint Paul Public Works Department (CITY) is for an Engineering Firm (CONSULTANT) to provide design services for the complete design of: 1) A replacement for the Randolph Avenue Bridge No. 7272 over Union Pacific Railroad. 1) The replacement, rehabilitation or new construction of Randolph Avenue roadways, retaining walls and utilities east of and through its intersection with CSAH 37 / Shepard Road. Project teams must include résumés, current and future commitments, and availability of individuals over the course of the project. All project activities shall be completed by September 30, 2027. A schedule showing how the project will be completed within the given time frame must be included with qualifications. Questions due June 20, 2025 The Consultant shall certify that all final work deliverables provided to the City are prepared by, or under the direct supervision of, a duly licensed professional engineer under the laws of the State of Minnesota. City of Saint Paul reserves the right to reject a proposal if required information is not provided or is not organized as directed.
