The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). These services include access to 24/7 technical support and on-site service support with visits to the SCC. The hardware/software has been under warranty for the past year and requires a new procurement for continued technical services support. The contractor shall provide support to the SCC Systems Administrator in the implementation of Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs). Provide break/fix solutions if a STIG breaks functionality of the system. Work with the government to develop a plan of action and milestones (POAM) if the system fails to comply with DoD Cybersecurity and STIG requirements. (see attachments for location details) The Contractor shall provide access to 24 Hour Technical Support via Telephone. The contractor shall provide software support, software updates and bug fixes. The contractor will ensure the primary monitoring station located at Fort McCoy, WI and the backup monitoring station located at Fort Snelling, MN are consistently synchronizing and acting as a "hot backup". The contractor shall provide a certified technician and trainer at least once annually to perform general diagnostics, system grooming, system upgrades, problem resolution, and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system operating conditions.
