Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from various consulting firms to perform design services from 2025 to 2027 and possibly construction engineering services in 2027 and 2028 for the Arlington Avenue project. Q And A Close 6/21/2025 1:30:00 AM ALL PHASE 1 DESIGN DELIVERABLES (INCLUDING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS) MUST BE COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 1, 2026. Bids for this project will be let in early 2027 and a contract will be awarded before construction begins on Phase 1 in May 2027. The design contract will begin as soon as possible and will expire on December 31, 2029 to allow for closeout activities. All construction work must be completed by October 31, 2027 for Phase 1 and by October 31, 2028 for Phase 2. The following timelines must be met.
