Renovation of an educational facility in Anderson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Anderson School District Five would like to contract with a vendor to Replace Two 10-ton Water Source Heat Pumps at New Prospect Elementary. The District intends for this vendor to assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. Location: New Prospect Elementary 1. Remove the 2 existing 10-ton units and dispose of off site 2. Provide & install 2 new 10-ton water source heat pumps 3. Reconnect to existing ductwork, water piping, electrical wiring, controls & condensate drain & start up of new system 4. Include 1 year warranty for all parts & labor 5. Mandatory site visit - see page 1 for details. 6. All meetings require a prior notice of 16 business hours. 7. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash disposed of off-site. 8. No tobacco products of any kind on school grounds 24/7/365 9. Start Date: Upon receipt of PO 10. Completion Date: July 15, 2025 11.
