Contractor will utilize approximately 1,400 linear feet of 6ft tall commercial grade chain-link fence to form the dog park with a holding area. A total of four (4) 5ft gates and two (2) 7ft swing gates are included in this layout. (Reference attached site plan for location of gates.) A concrete slab measuring 40ft x 10ft x 4in will be required for the holding area. All concrete and fence construction shall be performed professionally and the job site kept clean. Contract shall adhere to ANSI standards for pouring concrete. The contractor will determine the appropriate means and methods to construct the project. The department shall approve material and methods of construction. 2.4 Contractor shall be responsible for the mobilization, maintenance, and operation of all required personnel and equipment for removal and installation. 2.5 Contractor shall be responsible for disposal of all debris generated from the project. 2.6 Contractor is responsible to understand project scope, door dimensions, and existing site conditions A certified check or bid bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal will be required with each bid.
