Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Brookline, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
The windows will need to be removed, putty removed as needed then oil prime the sash. Upon drying, reglaze, then prime the cured sash glazing. Afterwards apply two coats of Sherwin Williams acrylic enamel paint or an agreed upon equivalent. A current certificate ofinsurance is required when submitting the bid as well as a copy ofyour lead paint certification. Work to be scheduled by September 1,2O25 Bidders are to make an appointment with the building commissioner Bruce Mello via e-mail bmello,brooklinevt@gmail.com or by phone at 802-365-4679 to evaluate the project and ask questions. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid it deems most favorable to the town.
