The Town of Stockton, County of Chautauqua, State of New York hereby requests sealed bid proposals for a project involving the installation of electrical wiring in the Town's new Highway Department building located on Stockton-Hartfield Road. The building is approximately 800 square feet in size. The scope of work includes all necessary wiring, service panel installation, outlets, switches, and any associated fixtures and components required to make the building electrically functional and code compliant. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the work, including any necessary permits and inspections. The Bidder to whom the contract is awarded must have liability insurance and worker's compensation in place. All bidders are subject to the provisions of Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and all bid proposals shall contain a signed, non-collusion certificate. The Town of Stockton reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids submitted.
