The work included under this Project consists of renovations and expansion to the Rutledge Institute located in Morgan Hall South and the demolition of Morgan Hall North. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
