The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between Owner and Contractor. The City of Clawson reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in the bidding.
