No definite date for the rebid.** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes traffic safety upgrades (vehicular, bicyclist, pedestrian, etc.) to Bridge Avenue from (Riverwood Avenue) to (Bay Avenue). Specific features proposed are sharrow and bike lane traffic stripping & signage, improved stop bar and centerline alignments, additional/replacement traffic stripping, concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, solar-powered speed radar feedback signs, solar-powered pedestrian blinking light push button assemblies for crosswalks, restoration, etc. within the Borough of Point Pleasant, Ocean County, New Jersey, as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in the Contract Documents. as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for completion of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within (60) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Borough of Point Pleasant Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bid Packets to the Extent Permitted by Law. An Award Will Be Made or Bid Packets Will Be Rejected Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After the Opening of the Bid Packets, During Which Time the Bid Packets Shall Be Irrevocable and Unavailable to Withdraw by Bidders, Unless Otherwise Extended in The Contract Documents.
