**As of September 29,2025, the project was awarded to AA Berms LLC but the awarded amount is not available.** BASE BID SIDEWALK, CURB, APRON & ASPHALT REPLACEMENT at SPRING GARDEN LN & CORNER OF W DOLPHINE PKWY Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the BIDDER and marked Bid for: SIDEWALK, CURB, APRON & ASPHALT REPLACEMENT at SPRING GARDEN LN & CORNEROF W DOLPHINE PKWY Each proposal shall be accompanied by a guarantee payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Garfield that, if a contract is awarded, the BIDDER shall enter into contract therefore, and shall furnish a Performance Bond (100%). The proposal guarantee shall be in the amount often percent (10%) of the bid, and shall be given, at the option of the BIDDER, by certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond.The surety company for the bid bond (if applicable)and the surety company for the performance and payment bonds must be licensed in the State of New Jersey and must be approved by the Federal Treasury. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in any bid or bids, to reject any and all bids, and to accept such bid or bids and to make such award(s) as may be in the best interest of the Owner.Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders.
