Bids must be submitted in duplicate and enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder, the name of the project, the time and date designated for the receipt of bids, addressed to Ms. Erin Delaney, MPA, RMC, City Manager/City Clerk ,111 Outwater Lane, City of Garfield, New Jersey 07026, and must be accompanied by a Statement of Ownership, Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Cashier's check, Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, provided said check need not be more than $20,000 and submitted with bid at the place on the hour named above. Bids must be accompanied by consent of Surety. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Bond for the full amount of the project.
