Reference Number 0000390674 Modifications to an existing wood-framed stairway between the top of the steel water tank and the cupola inside the dome-shaped, wooden-framed roof of the historic Stone Tower in the City of Ypsilanti. The Contractor can store equipment and supplies at either the YCUA Service Center at 2780 Clark Road, Ypsilanti or the YCUA wastewater treatment plant at 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti. YCUA will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or loss of Contractor's equipment or supplies on YCUA sites. The project shall start within 10 business days of issuance of Notice to Proceed and shall be completed on or before October 31, 2025. All inquiries and information concerning the "2025 Stone Tower Stair Strengthening" shall be directed to Scott Westover, P.E., YCUA's representative 734-484-4600 extension 220 or swestover@ycua.org. After the time set for the submission or opening of bids, quotes or proposals, no bid, quote or proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days. YCUA has the right to accept or reject all bids, quotes and proposals on labor and material for the project.
