Renovation of a military facility in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
This project will renovate the interior image update of Redstone Express (Bldg 3234) including updated Express, Class Six, and Restroom interior finishes and fixtures. Scope also includes new QSRs (HBP & Chopz) and walk-in coolers/freezers. Renovated square footage is 10,492 sf. No exterior work in scope. This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $1,000,000.00 and $2,500,000.00. The construction period will be 120 calendar days. Any questions you may have after comparing the plans and specifications to the existing site conditions should be submitted in writing to Grace Perez-Martinez at martineg@aafes.com no later than COB on 30 June 2025. You are encouraged to carefully review the entire solicitation package.
