CEHNC plans to issue a single solicitation resulting in the award of three regional Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs) for non-personal services using performance-based task orders in support of facility reduction. The MATOCs will provide a wide range of commercial demolition services, including the abatement of asbestos-containing materials (ACM), disposal of other regulated materials (ORM), and facility demolition as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contracts will support requirements across three regions: Midwest/Northeast, Southeast, and West/Pacific, with a total programmatic capacity of $495,000,000 to meet facility reduction program requirements for demolition services. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through ProjNet at http://www.projnet.org/projnet no later than 2:00 PM Central Time, 15 May 2026, to allow sufficient time for the Government to prepare a response and amend the solicitation if necessary.
