This project involves replacing two (2) condensing units, line sets and cooling coils in two (2) existing air handling units. The hot water heating coils and Dx cooling coils are being rearranged in the two (2) air handling units to provide for dehumidification. Two (2) existing atomizing humidifiers are being removed and replaced with new steam generating humidifiers. The existing reverse osmosis water treatment system is to be replaced by an add alternate to the bid. Ethylene glycol will be added to the hot water heating system after cleaning and flushing of the system. Project Location: 130 Minnesota Ave SW, Bemidji, MN 56601 Est.
