Renovation of a municipal facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot municipal facility.
In general, the work consists of: Miscellaneous interior tenant improvements to State Office Building on floors 2, 4, 6 and 8. Work consists of demolition of (6) small conference/office rooms; select casework and ceiling alterations construction of (7) new office and conference spaces; construction of (4) IT Build and IT Storage Rooms; and approximately 9000 sq ft of furniture reconfiguration. Work will include associated mechanical and fire protection modifications. The following work will be by the Owner: Workstation and furniture alterations within the Work Area Furnishing and installation of resilient flooring (VCT) and wall base per Section 09 65 00. Furnishing and installation of new carpet per Section 09 68 00. All electrical and telecommunications scope specified in Divisions 26, 27 and 28, except Fire Alarm Work specified in Section 28 31 00. Estimate Construction Cost : 300,000 Question Deadline 07/10/2025 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the date set for bid opening
