The work shall consist essentially of the following items: 5.25 miles of shoulder stabilization and the milling and overlay of approximately 6.5 miles of Texas Flat Road from Hwy 607 to Catahoula Road. The scope will also include base repair and striping. . The above general outline of features of the work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials required by the specifications and the drawingsreferred to herein.
