The Scope of Work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing of all labor/ materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of delivering, sod as needed and install upon request. The School Board shall contact the awarded supplier to schedule sod for pick-up as needed. The Contractor shall have a Florida Fencing Erection/ Installation license to sell, deliver and install sod district wide. The State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) are part of the Florida Building Code. SREF requirements shall apply to construction, renovation, and remodeling of public educational facilities owned by Pinellas County School Board. For the purposes of calculating the amount of a protest bond, this contract is valued at approximately 150,000 (contract total estimated), excluding renewal options. This is only an estimate and the actual amount could vary up or down. The District will not be held responsible if actual purchases are less than this amount. Bid and Performance Security are required with this bid. See Bid Security Instructions in Bid Proposal section of this Invitation to Bid. Insurance is required of all Suppliers who perform work on School Board premises. See Insurance Specifications Instructions in Bid Proposal section of this Invitation to Bid.
