The Projects scope of work shall generally include the installation of a pickle ball court and storm water retention pond at the Henderson Taylor Community Park located behind the Borough of Clark Municipal Building. A bid guarantee in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid cost is required to accompany all bid proposal submissions. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this Project should be directed to Mr. Chris Winslow at (724) 866-7602, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. No questions will be taken during any other time. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding process. Question Deadline 07/02/2025 All requests for interpretation must be received by the Owner at least five days before the bid opening
