**As of August 22, 2025, the project was awarded to General Construction Contract, with an awarded amount of $673,200.00, Electrical Contract with an awarded amount of $41,000.00, HVAC Contract with an awarded amount of $461,000.00, Plumbing Contract with an awarded amount of $79,300.00, in total awarded amount of$1,254,500.00.** Replace pool mechanical unit and associated ductwork modifications. a. Tile replacement on the interior of the pool including ceramic tile, mud set, waterproof membrane layer, and associated foundation wall repairs. b. Replacement of deep end drain line and associated trenching and backfilling. c. Electrical work associated with mechanical unit replacement.
