Description

Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Gowanda, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

Bank Re-Use CR#: 2130791 The proposed project will provide an interconnection between the Hollywood Theater lobby and the the rear of the bank building. The interconnection would involve the construction of a 10' X 60' hallway additon to accommodate access needs. The bank building would be prepped for re-use by replacement of the existing roof and mechanical systems, demolition of the ceiling and redevelopment of a skylight which would make the space ready for a future restaurant tenant.
