The Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Contract Management Unit, Design and Construction, on behalf of the Western NY DDSOO, is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform required work for Spring 2026-Partial Roof Replacement and Chimney Reconstruction at 328 Buffalo Street, Gowanda, NY 14070. Contractors who are interested in submitting a Bid for this project should carefully examine and be familiar with the Drawings and Specifications, and the Project Manual including all Bidding, Contracting, and General Requirement Specification Documents. The anticipated commencement of the work for this project shall be on or after April 1, 2026, per the Specifications, Section 011000 Summary of the Work, Part 1. General under 1.03 Restricted Work Period. Bid Security deposit will be required in the amount specified in the full Advertisement for Bids. The Selected Low Bidder will be responsible for providing documentation of mandatory pre-award submittal requirements, including but not limited to: Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire (CCA-2), references and experience, list of proposed sub-contractors, detailed estimate, and proof of required insurances. Prevailing Wages will apply.
