The Village of Gowanda, Erie and Cattaraugus Counties, New York, will be accepting statements of qualification from qualified firms for the following: Engineering Consulting Services on various Water tasks for the Village of Gowanda. The services to be provided by the selected engineer will include but are not limited to the evaluation of various water system deficiencies as identified by the Cattaraugus County Health Department as well as possible improvements to its wells, the Point Peter Reservoir, and distribution system and piping improvements throughout the Village. The selected engineer will also be available to assist Village personnel with various engineering tasks and questions as the need arises. Utilizing a qualifications-based process, the Village will select a consulting engineering firm licensed in the State of New York to complete tasks such as study, design, bid, administration, and close-out projects as the need arises. The selection of the consultant will be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of Village Board approval. All Proposals Should Be Marked With the Following Language: Request for Engineering Qualifications Village of Gowanda . Proposals May Be Transmitted Electronically in a Pdf Format Consisting of a Statement of Qualifications Per the Requirements of the Rfq or Four (4) Bound Copies of Your Qualifications Statement via Mail in a Sealed Envelope the Submittal Deadline Date.
