Question Deadline 08/05/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Questions through Online Portal Pocono Mountain Regional Emergency Medical Services (PMREMS) Headquarters Replacement Project Sealed proposals are invited for the construction of a new headquarters facility for PMREMS located at 135 Tegawitha Road, Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania 18466. The work includes site preparation, new building construction, associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, generator installation, and paving/site improvements. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid is required and may be submitted in the form of a bid bond uploaded to PennBid or a certified check delivered to PMREMS prior to bid opening. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the contract price. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. All bidders must be registered to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. PMREMS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the organization.
