The Ministry of Transportation and Transit, Highways and Regional Services Division, invites interested parties to submit responses for the provision of Avalanche Engineering Services across British Columbia on an as, if, and when requested basis to be offered through a Standing Arrangement between the successful Respondent(s) and the Province. Avalanche Engineering Services include but are not limited to producing reports, recommendations, approximate project costs and avalanche infrastructure designs. Respondents must meet the following criteria: Have a valid Permit to Practice issued by Engineers and Geoscientists BC; Be an associate member of the Canadian Avalanche Association in good standing; and Have at least one employee or subcontracted personnel available to perform Avalanche Engineering Services that meets the definition of Professional Engineer as set out in this RSA.
