This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority (“Island Health”) as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to targeted replacement of existing windows at the Memorial Pavilion Building on Royal Jubilee Hospital Campus 1952 Bay St, Victoria, BC V8R 1J8 (“the Project.”). The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing wood-frame windows including flashing and installation of new aluminum-frame windows including metal flashing and trim.
