In this solicitation, the City is seeking a responsible and professional service provider who can carry out janitorial services for the City's various staffed facilities. The service provider can be expected to provide routine and thorough cleaning services after normal business hours at 10 unique sites. The services shall be detailed in the scope of work section. The City reserves the right to reject the Statement of Qualifications of any Proposer who previously failed to perform adequately for the City or any other governmental agency. The City expressly reserves the right to reject the Statement of Qualifications of any Proposer who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses or other monies due the City of Thousand Oaks.
