**As of August 19, 2025, the project was awarded to Multiscape General Contractors, with an awarded amount of $388,316.50.** The Plains Township Board of Commissioners will receive Bids online for the Plains Hudson Garden Drainage Project, generally consisting of the installation of storm sewer, asphalt mill and overlay, and all incidental work related thereto. All construction Work is included in one (1) Prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis with alternate bids as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a (A) "Bid Security" in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders; and (B) all forms, statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in Article 7 of each Bid Form. A Pre-Bid Conference has not been scheduled at this time. If this changes, it will be coordinated through an Addendum that will be posted via the online. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. The Plains Township Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. Bids may be held by Owner for a period of not to exceed sixty days (60) from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of a Contract.
