The scope of work consists of the following: Pipe bursting approximately 14,000 LF of existing gravity sewer, open-cut installation of approximately 310 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, open-cut replacement of approximately 1,300 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer, rehabilitation of approximately 700 vertical feet of existing manholes, installation of approximately 7 new manholes, and the replacement of approximately 6 manholes. This project is being supported with American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fund grant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements are attached to this opportunity. Each Bidder must deposit with his Bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
