Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Hancock, Maryland. Working plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The contractor selected is responsible for securing all permits and must be fully licensed and insured. Demolition of 3-story residential home and outbuildings. Removal and disposal of all debris. Removal of all concrete to a minimum of 3 feet below grade. Removal of all sidewalks. Backfill foundation with clean, uncontaminated fill. Top dress site with topsoil and grass seed. This project must be completed within 30 days of contract award. The town of Hancock is responsible for making sure that no utilities are hooked up prior to demolition. We do not have an estimated budget or value for the project. We do not have a plan holders list.
