The 2,500-gallon spa is part of an indoor aquatic facility. The proposed work will improve water use, filtration, and system efficiency by replacing existing equipment and reconfiguring the plumbing layout. Scope of Services The selected contractor will be responsible for: 1. Removal and disposal of two existing Pentair Triton 140 filters and associated multiport valves. 2. Replacement of the current pump (5 HP) with a suitable model matching recommended flow and system specs. 3. Installation of one (1) new filter of your recommendation and a simple 4-valve control system to improve operational flexibility. Provide product of choice general and technical specifications and warranty. 4. Modifications to the schedule 80 PVC plumbing as needed for integration with the new filter and pump. Considering the flow to a UV unit, heat exchange, and chemical monitoring system. 5. Work must account for limited space (approx. 52" x 72") in a spa equipment area and accessed through a standard 36" doorway. 6.
