Description of Work: Scope of Work Includes but is Not Limited to: Aquatics Laboratory Project Located at Koshland Hall Lower Level Room Ll41/ll45. Project Will Be Separated Into 3 Phases. Phase 1: Submittals and Main Project Construction, Which Includes but Not Limited to; - Demolition of Existing Walls and Ceiling. Demolition of Existing Utilities as Specified. - New Hvac Ductwork and Dehumidifier. - New Plumbing and Trench Drains. Re-routing of Exiting and Underground Plumbing Connections. - New Standby Power Service to Lab. Reconfiguration of Existing Electrical Service. Phase 2: Parking Lot Modifications - Path of Travel: Parking Spot Re-stripping. Phase 3: Ofci Equipment Installation and Seismic Bracing. - Seismic Installation of Owner Furnished Items. (I.e. Coral Spawning System, Aquaneering Tanks and Racks, Growth Chambers, Etc) Original Bid Bond Must Be Received Within Two (2) Business Days of Bid Deadline at: Capital Projects, University of California, Berkeley, 1995 University Avenue, Room 530, Berkeley, Ca 94704.
