The intent of this project is to prepare the site for the construction of a new facility that will take the place of Building 54. Due to multiple funding sources between LBNL and the Department of Energy for this project all bidders will need to identify and provide in their proposals each scope of work and the corresponding cost between the (2) funding sources. The scope for this project is shown in (2) sets of drawings that are titled 1.Transit Hub & Utilities Project (THUP) and 2.New Facility Prep (SSM A). Overaa is requesting bidders to provide and supply only a BAA compliant product with similar product data parameters to the current CODE (AWP-2) design/finished schedule which calls for the following product: o Acoustical Wall Panel o Manufacturer: SNOWSOUND o Collection: Oversize Wall o Color: White (40025052) o Size: 47 x 47 However, since this product is manufactured in Italy, it does not comply with the Buy American provisions. Requesting for supplier to provide an equivalent Made in American product to Snowsound, Collection: Oversize Wall, Color: White (40025052), Size: 47 x 47. Please see attached trade package. Please note that this is a prevailing wage project, and certified payroll reporting will be required in accordance with applicable labor regulations. By submitting a bid, bidders agree to all terms and conditions of Overaa's Subcontract Agreement; requesting any changes is grounds for bid to be determined nonresponsive at Overaa's sole discretion.
