The Project is located at the City of East Palo Altos Community and Economic Development Building at 1960 Tate Street and is described as follows: The project scope includes, but is not limited to, utility service, permitting, the installation of 4 power managed Level 2 ports, the installation of 4 dedicated Level 2 Make Ready Ports, structural additions including concrete pads, painting and signage, trenching and backfill, and landscaping remediation. This Project requires a valid California contractors license for the following classification(s): Class A Contractors License. Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price, as further specified in the Contract Documents. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashiers or certified check. The City reserves the right to postpone the date or time for receiving bids. Time for Final Completion: The Project must be fully completed within 90 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Bid Security. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of ten percent of the maximum bid amount, in the form of a cashiers or certified check made payable to City, or a bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California on the Bid Bond form included with the Contract Documents.
