Remove and install ADA-compliant concrete sidewalks and curb ramps. The VENDOR agrees to honor the linear foot price for this PROJECT for a period not to exceed two (2) years from the date of the executed agreement for potential other Citywide Sidewalk Projects. This agreement may be extended for another two (2) year period by negotiation and mutual consent of both the CITY and VENDOR The City of Lake Alfred is seeking quotes from qualified contractors to remove and install new concrete sidewalks and curb ramps at 430 N. Lake Shore Way. This project will be for the installation of approximately 438 linear feet of 5' wide ADA-compliant sidewalk and two ADA ramps. Services will include adequate materials, labor, and equipment for the requested project. The scope of work will consist of removing the existing sidewalk, curbing, or asphalt, grading, forming, and installing project-related requested materials Question Deadline 07/31/2025 All questions regarding the project should be directed in writing to Linda Bourgeois at LBourgeois@mylakealfred.com.
