The State of Kansas is seeking bids to establish a pool of Qualified Vendors that can provide a reliable supply of various forms of aggregate. The contract(s) anticipated to be awarded from this bid event are to build a vendor pool of aggregate providers, so the State of Kansas has access to multiple, reliable sources of materials. The State reserves the right to purchase the type of material best suited to existing conditions at any time and at any destination. Aggregate Examples: AB3,1.25'' Road Rock Screened, 1.25'' Road Rock, 3'' Road Rock, 3/4 ''Clean Rock, 1'' Clean Rock, 1.5'' Clean Rock, 3'' Clean Rock, Shot Rock, 4''Ditch Liner, Screenings, Sized Rip Rap 18-24, 5x5x5 Boulder, Limestone Screenings, Asphalt Millings, AG Lime- Crushed Limestone, Sand, ADA Surfacing, KGE Materials, etc.. Question Deadline 07/03/2025 - Questions requesting clarification of the Bid Event must be submitted via email (in MS Word format) to the Procurement Officer phillip.l.curtis@ks.gov Answers to questions will be available in the form of an amendment on the Procurement and Contracts online, Procurement and Contracts reserves the right to confirm tax status of all potential contractors and subcontractors prior to the release of a purchase order or contract award. Bid Guarantee: No monetary bid guarantee required. Date of Contract Execution through June 30, 2035.
