The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of existing ADAcompliant ramps at three different locations in Southwestern part of the city. Refer to the attached exhibits for general project locations & limits of construction. The primary objective of this project is to enhance ramp performance to improve pedestrian safety. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease the project quantities and acknowledges these additions/deletions may increase or decrease project quantities and Contractor compensation based on the unit prices bid. There will be no increase or decrease in unit prices associated with any addition/deletion in quantity A meeting prior to beginning of construction is required. Such increases/decreases will be authorized by a Work Change Directive.
