Renovation of a power facility in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
As of August 25, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on August 26, 2025. The project consists of the alteration of mechanical and electrical systems including boiler burner replacement and temperature controls, at the DuPage County Power Plant, located at 410 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, as per attached Drawings and Specifications. A. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings. B. HVAC: +Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. C. Electrical Power and Lighting: +Alter existing system and add new construction, keeping existing in operation. Question Deadline 07/08/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions due to Buyer via email: donna.weidman@dupagecounty.gov The County of DuPage reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and waive any and all technicalities.
