Renovation of a residential development in Ringtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Questions Due Date: Jun 26th 2025, 12:00 PM EDT The project includes removing existing shingles on the primary roof of the barn building installing ice and winter guard on rake and eve, installing synthetic roofing paper on the rest of the roof, and installing Sentry Shake metal roofing system with interlocking drip edge and rake trim in addition to installation of metal siding on the building. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of Union Township, negotiable US Government Bonds (at par value), or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable surety in the amount of 10% of the Total Bid of construction shall be submitted with each bid. THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
