SEALED PROPOSAL No. 2: "2022 Bituminous Seal Coat" on various roads located in Union Township, Schuylkill County as follows: 24,718 SY of Single Bituminous Seal Coat using either Precoated #8 Aggregate or a Polymer Modified Emulsion and #8 stone with 1.0% loss by wash. All materials must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards.the "2022 Bituminous Seal Coat" projects the Bidders need to be PENNDOT prequalified.Bidders may be either a PENNDOT prequalified Prime or Sub Contractor and must supply proof of prequalification with their bid. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township.
