Site work for a water / sewer project in Caldwell, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work contemplated by this IFB will take place at Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill and consists of installation of two groundwater monitoring wells The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and portions thereof and to waive informalities or irregularities of bids received based on any business reason it deems applicable if this is to the advantage of the County. The undersigned bidder, having familiarized itself with the local conditions affecting the cost of the Work, and with the Contract Documents, including the Invitation for Bids (IFB), Construction Contract Between Owner and Contractor, Detailed Specifications and blueprints and any Addenda on file in the office of the CANYON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, First Floor, Canyon County Courthouse, 1115 Albany, Caldwell, Idaho 83605, does hereby propose to perform everything required to be performed, to provide and furnish all the labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform, and to complete in a workmanlike manner, all of the work required as noted in the IFB, contract and specifications for the Construction Project, in the FY2026 Pickles Butte Sanitary Landfill Monitoring Well Project for the bid amount noted above.
