The last day for questions is revised to Monday, July 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The Fort Valley Utility Commission (FVUC) is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of new water supply wells, elevated water storage tank, water treatment plants, and water mains located along Fulwood Road and River Road in Peach County, GA. Peach County Water Infrastructure Improvements: River Road Water Treatment Plant and Interconnection Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid.Performance and Payment Bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price, shall be required of the successful bidder if contract is awarded. The Fort Valley Utility Commission (FVUC) reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and/or reject any and all proposals in whole or in part if FVUC determines that cancellation and/or rejections are advantageous to the Commission. Last day for Questions to submit in writing shall be Thursday, July 23, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. All questions about the meaning and intent of the bid documents must be submitted to the Engineer, Chris Stovall, PE, Principal, with Thomas & Hutton, at 5553 Peachtree Road, Suite 175, Atlanta, GA 30341, or by email at: stovall.c@tandh.com. A Utility Contractor (UC) License will be required for this project.
